Booking conditions

The rooms are available from 5 pm and must be vacated at 10.30 am unless prior agreement.

All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit: 30% of the cost of the stay upon booking by check or bank transfer, the final amount must be paid on-site.

Credit cards are not accepted for direct payments of stays, but only to guarantee bookings.

We do not store our guests' bank cards data following the payment of the stay.

Cancellation terms

All cancellations must be in writing and will generate fees:

The entire deposit will be retained or carried forward to a future stay.

- 50% of the cost of the stay will be requested if the cancellation occurs between 4 and 8 days before the arrival date.

- 100% of the cost of the stay will be requested if the cancellation occurs less than 4 days before arrival date.
